Hi, I’m Lynnell Williams, founder of AnnaLicken—where soulful cooking and healthy living meet in harmony.

I come from a small town where life was simple, family was everything, and good food was always at the center of it all. It was there that I first discovered the power of taking care of my body through what I put into it. Over the years, this grew into a personal mission: to prioritize my well-being and to help others do the same through wholesome, nourishing food and natural, fresh ingredients.

My passion for healthy living didn’t come from a trend—it came from real life. I learned how to listen to my body, embrace balance, and heal through the foods I prepared in my own kitchen. That journey ignited something deep inside me—something that grew into AnnaLicken, a space where I could bring together everything I love: authentic soul food with an old-school touch and fresh, cold-pressed juices that fuel the body naturally.

There’s something magical about cooking food that feels like home. I’ve always had a deep respect for traditional recipes—the kind passed down from grandmothers, made with real ingredients, and served with love. At AnnaLicken, we bring that same heart to every plate. Creating this business has allowed me to serve my community in a way that’s both personal and purposeful. I get to share my love for flavorful, feel-good meals and juices, while also inspiring others to take small steps toward better health—without sacrificing taste, culture, or comfort.
